Calheta Beach - All-Inclusive - Savoy Signature - Calheta (Madeira)

The spacious Family Suite was a highlight, complemented by the attentive staff who provided excellent service, including a convenient baby bath and stroller. The all-inclusive package offered great value, with a continuous supply of snacks and drinks. The buffet food, with hot and cold sandwiches, was generally good, but the choices could have been more varied. Noise from nearby traffic was somewhat disruptive, and staying in a room connected by a walkway took away from the experience. The beautifully decorated hotel and lively entertainment program made up for these minor inconveniences.

the breakfast was inclusive and plentiful, the check in was painless. brand-new rooms, wonderful views on sea and waterfall, the staff was excellent. the location was absolutely perfect and nice, on the west coast of the island, and my bed was very comfy.

There is no access to internet in the hotel rooms.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent for exploring this busy area, so close to the harbour area and Porto Santo. And it was 200 metres from Calheta beach beach. Brand-new and tastefully decorated room with great view, I had a really nice stay. Inclusive breakfast for all meal was available.

The hotel was comfortable and in a great location. The room was tasteful and had a great view. Enjoyed the balcony. However, room was tight when small bed was put in for my son. Bathroom was not very clean. There was hair on the floor, glass over the shower was blotchy and tub itself looked quite worn. Facilities were excellent and the breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Did ask for some assistance from hotel staff and everyone was helpful, polite and eager to offer customer service. Pool facilities were nice and area clean.Enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location, we were right by ended at 6 in the evening, and the sugar cane factory. Reasonably good personnel helped us with parking.

With my family of five adult children, we enjoyed the amazing variety of healthy options at the buffet with sugar-free and gluten-free choices perfect for all. Leisurely walks down to the beach made for lovely memories, especially when our kids played at the playground nearby.

In my wife's opinion, the outdoor pool should be heated for the winter months.

This place offers thrilling activities and quality food during your stay. Families will adore the shallow pool and numerous sunbeds. While the beach nearby invites adventure, the evening entertainment could be more engaging.

The room and balcony were spacious and kept clean. Avoid rooms facing the street if possible.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the hotel. The common areas were beautifully decorated, and soft seating was readily available.

Improve shower pressure in guest rooms.

The food variety was 💯 amazing, especially the themed dinners 🤤 But the shower pressure could definitely use some improvement.

The food was amazing, with fresh salads and an exciting variety of dishes from different countries every day. The staff were super friendly and were very good, especially in the restaurant and bar. The sunsets were fine as well. The room was clean and matched the photos perfectly, and we even got a lovely wine and cheese plate for the inconvenience of changing rooms.

I expected a bit more from the dining options, considering the hotel's reputation.
